Asia Invest Alliance - Strengthening the Photonics Industry EU-China aims to establish a network between European and Chinese Associations from this sector and in doing so expand the capacity of the associations to assist the industry. It wants to increase the capacity of industry associations for the Photonics sector in the EU and China to provide better services to their member companies who want to enter the EU/Chinese Market and strengthen the level of cooperation among SME’s in the EU and China by helping to build confidence on both sides.

To achieve this goal, the project focuses on three main activities

• A series of five workshops will be held in China and managed by the Project Partners. Through knowledge transfer from Europe to China, but also from China to Europe, a common language between the partners shall be created. This provides the basis for developing new projects together and for improving the services for the member companies.
• The interactive internet platform Photonics Networks shall facilitate the approach from Chinese and European companies. It contains information on the Chinese and European market and its particularities and will be maintained and updated by the project partners.
• One part of the interactive internet platform is a company assessment guide. This guide will allow companies to assess risks, product suitability, market entry opportunities, environmental aspects.

光电子网络的目标和理念

亚洲投资联盟 – 加强中国与欧洲光电子产业间的合作，目的是在欧洲与中国的相关产业协会之间建立一个稳固的关系网，以协会的能力来协助该产业的发展也应当增强欧盟与中国光电子工业协会的能力，以便为其成员企业进入双方市场提供更好的服务，并帮助欧盟和中国的中小型企业建立相互间的信任关系，以增进双方间的合作。

为了达到以上目标，该项目的活动主要集中在以下三个方面

· 在中国召开的五个研讨会，将由项目伙伴组织进行。通过欧洲向中国，相反的也从中国到欧洲的知识转让，将会为合作伙伴建立一个共同的交流平台。可以为新项目的合作开发和成员企业服务的改善提供一个基础。

· 提供一个交互式的网络平台，欧洲和中国的光电子产业企业将通过这一平台更加容易增进相互间的联系。它将包含中国与欧洲的市场信息，网站的特点、更新以及维护将由各项目伙伴共同完成。

· 这一网络平台的其中一项重要内容是企业评估指南。该指南允许各企业对危机、产品的适宜性、市场机遇与环境等方面做出评估。
